Board AI briefings

An advisory service

A working session for a board, an audit committee, or an executive team on artificial intelligence risk. The purpose is oversight capability rather than education for its own sake: what the organization is exposed to, what good management of it looks like, and what a director should be asking.

How the engagement runs

  1. Pre-read. A short discussion with the chair or the chief audit executive on what the board already knows and what it is worried about.
  2. Session. A briefing of 60 to 90 minutes, delivered live, with time held for discussion rather than slides.
  3. Question set. The specific questions this board should be putting to management, tied to its own risk profile.
  4. Follow-up. A written summary the secretary can attach to the minutes.

What you receive

  • Briefing pack
  • Question set for management, specific to your organization
  • Written summary suitable for the record
  • Optional annual refresh as the risk picture changes

Positioning

The session is not a vendor presentation and does not recommend the purchase of any product, including Naitra's.
